To Place an Order:

Please use our ordering system on our web site or call us at  (636) 724-7222.  Orders can also be emailed at customerservice@seeskyline.com, please include a daytime telephone number so we my reach you to confirm your information on email orders.

Methods of Payment:

MasterCard,  Visa, Discover, and American Express.  Company purchase orders are accepted for approved accounts.   Checks are accepted, but orders will not be shipped until payment is received and processed.

($20.00 charge for returned checks)

Shipping:

We ship via UPS ground or United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested.  Shipping charges will be added to each order.  Overnight or express delivery available at  an extra charge.  Additional shipping charges will be applied for orders reshipped due  invalid shipping information provided by customer.

Returns and Claims:

All claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order.  Returns must have prior authorization and be sent back within 15 days of receiving a return authorization in original and unopened package.  Credit is only given for the merchandise returned and not for shipping.  We cannot be responsible for any failure due to over inflation or misuse of product.  No returns are allowed on opened product, clearance items, or seasonal merchandise.
