| For UPS Shipments, we ship UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver. Please let us know if there is a certain day you need your order along with a daytime telephone number so we can accommodate your order quickly. Residential Customers, please note if someone will not be available to sign for your package the day of delivery by entering a Shippers Release under the comment line of the credit card information. UPS cannot delivery to a PO Box, please use USPS. | |

| US Postal Service (USPS) | |
| USPS does deliver to PO Boxes. USPS does have a 2-3 day delivery, but does not make guarantees to this claim and can take up to 14 business days. We also use USPS for all shipments out of the United States due to cost. Delivery can take up 10 working days due to customs clearance. We do use delivery confirmation with your order for tracking purposes. | |

| If customer supplies us with an incorrect shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for the delay on the delivery of your item. Additional delivery charges will also be incurred by customer for resending shipment due to incorrect shipping information. | |
